Our Policies

• 3 night minimum stay.
• A $200 security/damage deposit is required with every reservation. If no damage occurs to the rental unit, this deposit will be refunded 7-10 days after departure.
• Full rental cost including tax is due 60 days prior to arrival.
• If cancellation is received 30-60 days prior to the rental date, 50% of all payments will be refunded. No refunds will be given if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the rental date.
• Absolutely no smoking or pets.
